Waxed Canvas Cross Body Bag - NEVIS - Standard size
This bag is our 'go to' everyday bag - it's lightweight yet reassuringly strong and easy to wear. It's the perfect size purse for a variety of activities - comfortably accomodating all your daily needs without weighing you down. Roomy enough to carry ipad, books, camera etc.. with a handy exterior pocket. It's super for days when you don't want to lug around a large bag, this neat unfussy design is just the job and will soon beome a trusty daily accessory.
MATERIALS
Bag body - made from the best of it's type traditional Scottish weather resistant waxed cotton canvas
Crossbody leather strap - fully adjustable and detachable with solid brass buckle
Shoulder strap - fixed length detachable strong leather
Exterior slip pocket with magnetic snap closure
Full width YKK antique brass zipper
Interior zipped pocket (approx 8inches x 6 inches)
Solid brass rivet studs
Fully lined in woven cotton French ticking
STRAP OPTIONS
Available with 3 strap options in two widths 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch wide - choose from the menu which would suit you best:
Long cross body only
Short shoulder only
or
BOTH long and short
Cross body strap- fully adjustable and detachable strong leather strap, adjustable from 34 inches (minimum) to 56 inches (max) with 2inch increments between.
Shoulder strap - fixed length detachable strong leather, measures 18 inches from end to end
MEASUREMENTS
Standard size Bag Body - 12.5 inches wide x 10.5 inches tall.
Please note that due to the curved base of this style - it will not fit an A4 piece of paper without the edges of the paper being scrunched!! It will however happily fit an ipad without any edges being scrunched!
OTHER SIZES
Small size - 9.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches high
Large size - 15.5 inches wide x 12 inches tall
NAME INSPIRATION
(Ben) NEVIS - is the largest Mountain in Scotland, it sits at the end of the Grampian Mountain range. It's thought that the name Ben Nevis means 'the mountain with it's head in the clouds'.
